Endless Fun Events

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Endless Fun Events (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation

Your event date is not secured until a deposit is received and a signed agreement is completed.

1.2 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than the start of your event unless otherwise stated in writing.

1.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit cards

  • Cash (only by agreement)

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1 Client Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the full balance may still be due.

2.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your event (subject to availability) with your deposit transferred to the new date.
Limit: 1 reschedule unless otherwise approved.

2.3 Our Cancellation

If we must cancel due to emergency or equipment failure, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • An option to reschedule at no additional cost

3. Event Requirements

3.1 Setup Area

Client must provide:

  • A clean, safe, flat 10’x10’ area

  • Access to electricity (one standard outlet)

  • Access for loading/unloading equipment

3.2 Outdoor Events

Outdoor events must have proper cover (tent, pavilion, etc.).
We reserve the right to stop service if weather creates safety risks.

3.3 Idle Time

Idle time requested by the client may be billed at an hourly or partial-hour rate.

4. Photo Booth Usage & Image Rights

4.1 Photo Sharing

Guests may download or share their digital photos via text, email, QR code, or online gallery (depending on package).

4.2 Marketing Use

We may use event photos or videos for marketing only if you authorize us through your contract.
If you do not grant permission, no images will be used.

4.3 Guest Conduct

We may stop service if guests behave in a way that endangers the equipment or staff.

5. Equipment & Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage caused by guests or venue issues, excluding normal wear and tear.
Fees may apply for repair or replacement of damaged equipment.

6. Service Interruptions

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • Loss of venue power

  • Internet/WiFi issues outside our control

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Guest interference

We will make every reasonable effort to keep the Photo Booth running, including backup hotspot support if available.

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any personal injuries occurring inside or near the Photo Booth

  • Venue-related hazards

  • Accidental loss of photos due to user error or third-party platform failures

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount the client paid for the event.

8. Travel & Additional Fees

Travel within our primary service area is included.
Locations outside this area may incur a travel fee, disclosed during booking.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Early setup

  • Idle time

  • Venue parking costs

  • Overtime

9. Online Store / Rentals 

If renting items (tables, linens, games, etc.):

  • Items must be returned in clean condition

  • Late returns may incur fees

  • Damage or loss may result in replacement charges

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The updated version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
